About Vantagelytics
At Vantagelytics, we believe that data is only as valuable as the decisions it empowers. We provide SaaS backed by our founder’s 25 years of experience leading product design, experience architecture, and economic strategy for world-class organizations—including CVS Health, Harvard University’s Center for International Development, and S&P Global. We build SaaS solutions that bridge the gap between complex data and strategic business value.
We don’t just build software; we architect experiences optimized for conversion, retention, and operational efficiency. We speak the language of business, designing intuitive tools that mitigate risk, reduce friction, and maximize ROI. This commitment to operational efficiency extends directly to how we help other organizations build. Through our Design Workflow Management services, we deploy enterprise-grade design operations into growing startups; eliminating sprint bottlenecks, aligning cross-functional teams, and keeping engineering pipelines moving at peak velocity.

Jay Lawlor
Founder & President
Our founder is an economist, product design leader, and UX strategist with over 25 years of professional experience sitting at the intersection of economics, product design, and SaaS development.
His background in economics fundamentally shapes how he approaches product strategy. He doesn’t just build visually clean interfaces, he engineers digital products designed to optimize market behavior, solve resource allocation inefficiencies, and drive user conversion. By viewing user experience through an economic lens, he strips away data complexity to build digital platforms that deliver measurable operational authority.
Throughout his career, including leading design for enterprise-scale design teams at CVS Health, he has focused on transforming complex backend data into clear, scalable digital experiences, and engineering the analytical design workflows required to keep complex, high-stakes product pipelines moving on schedule.
